In this dialog it is possible to assign drilling patterns. These are then shown in the drawing and also transferred to the CAM software ElementsCAM available for Windows with the ExportCAM #command (Befehl). The currently available drilling patterns are shown in the respective tabs. In addition, a subfolder "own drilling patterns" shows self-created tcldx files. All drilling pattern files are created in ElementsCAM.
The drilling patterns are defined in files with the extension .tcldx that can be displayed and changed with ElementsCAM. These can be found in the ElementsCAM user directory (by default C:\Users\Public\Documents\ElementsCAM\Elements\Bohrbilder).
The drilling patterns for the assignment are chosen from the selection list on the far right of the dialog. The assignment itself is made by clicking the corresponding button in the middle part of the dialog.
Under Connectors it is possible to assign cabinet connectors to the cabinet sides and the middle sides of a cabinet. The assignment is always based on the floors from the lower floor via the intermediate floors to the upper floor.
Using the example of the upper floor, the assignment for the left connector of the floor (to the carcase side) can be set with the first button at the top left. Accordingly, the button to the right applies to the connector of the floor to the right side of the body. The procedure is the same for the intermediate floors.
Below is an area for the middle pages starting with MS 1 (if available). The button also determines the connector between the middle side and the respective floor. The button also determines the connector between the middle side and the respective floor.
The connector can be mirrored in the direction of the component axis with the checkbox. Here, using the example, this affects the location of the eccentric so that it is accessible from above or below.
Drilling patterns for connectors must be created in pairs and with the same name in the folders ...\Elements\Bohrbilder\Verbinder_Flaeche und \Verbinder_Stirn angelegt werden. The files from \ Verbinder_Stirn are displayed in the drilling pattern dialog ElementsCAD.
Under Shelf supports (Fachträger) it is possible to assign holes for the shelf supports on the sides or shelves (for securing holes) to a cabinet. The assignment is always made in segments.
The two fields Edge bottom and Edge top allow you to define the minimum distance between the first and last hole in a row of holes. A grid must be defined in this segment in the cabinet. A hole pattern with only one hole on top of the other should then be used for the row of holes, since this is then repeatedly inserted at grid spacing.
For example, a value of 2*32 in the number of shelves in the cabinet creates two shelves and a row of holes running over the entire segment at a distance of 32mm. If you now enter 100mm in the Edge bottom, the first hole will only be created at 128mm.
Hole patterns for shelf supports must be created in pairs and with the same name in the folders ...\Elements\Bohrbilder\Fachtraeger_Flaeche and \Fachtraeger_Stirn. The files from \Fachtraeger_Stirn are displayed in the drilling pattern dialog ElementsCAD.
Under Drawers , it is possible to assign holes to the cabinet for the pull-outs on the cabinet or middle sides. As with the specialist agencies, the assignment is always made in segments.
Here the drawers in the lower segment of the connector or pull-out "Legrabox" are assigned.
The position of the drilling pattern depends on the dimensions of the drawer sides left and right.
Under Front, it is possible to assign #door hinges (Türbänder) for #revolving doors (Drehtüren) or #front connectors (Frontbefestigungen) for drawers to a cabinet. As with the specialist agencies, the assignment is always made in segments.
Here, all fronts in the Middle Bottom segment are assigned the "Blum Clip top" connector at two numbered positions 1 and 2. Additional positions can be inserted with the middle Plus button, just as with the Minusbutton the currently selected position can be removed. For the latter, a height value can also be entered manually or the position in the grid can be changed by clicking on the left Plus/Minus buttons.
Here the fronts of the drawers in the lower segment of the connector "Legrabox frame height K" are assigned.
Under #Mounting plates it is possible to assign the drilling patterns for the mounting plates to the door hinges defined under Front. A distinction can be made between inside and outside positions. Outer positions refer to the body and the inner to the middle.
Here the "Blum" #mounting plate is assigned to the door hinges in the lower segment on the cabinet sides.
Under Free drilling patterns it is possible to place individual drilling patterns per component ID.
The drilling patterns are numbered and can be added or removed from the list on the left using the + / - buttons. The assignment of a connector takes place via the selection in the right list and a click on the button "drilling pattern".
The component ID can be entered manually or a component can be selected in the drop-down box on the right.
Since drilling patterns in ElementsCAM are always applied to a cutting surface, this can be defined here via dimension and distance.
Repetitions duplicate this cut surface in the desired number. The number 1 already stands for a duplicate, i.e. a total of two cut surfaces.
The buttons Mirror X and Y change the distance of the cut surface depending on the component.
